Our core business: The praline

According to its history, César de Choiseul du Plessis-Praslin, ambassador of Louis XIII, would have, one day, asked his cook Lassagne to make a new recipe. The latter had the idea when he saw one of his assistants rubbing a remnant of melted sugar. It was named "Prasline" in 1662, which became "Praliné" in 1680.

A symbol of greed and sweetness, praliné has become a key ingredient in French pastry-making, and we have made it the heart of our business.

Old-fashioned or smooth, made from nuts, seeds or cereals, we offer a wide range of flavors and textures to meet the needs and desires of our customers.
