This smooth hazelnut dark chocolate spread is made with our old fashioned hazelnut praline and a dark chocolate used by the greatest pastry chefs.

Let's start the tasting...

When you open the jar, it is first of all the intense scent of roasted hazelnut that begins to awaken your senses. Then, thanks to the traditional stone grinding, it is the unctuous texture with its almost imperceptible grain that excites the taste buds and inevitably calls to delicately slide this spread between the tongue and the palate to gently express all its flavors.

Our number "4" will make you melt with pleasure while tasting it! And since a good product is also recognized by this, the little touch of fleur de sel in our recipe will prolong this pleasure until the next bite.

Wonderfully decadent, this spread can be eaten on bread, pancakes, brioche or simply...with a spoon!

Without palm oil or any additives, this 100% natural spread elaborated in our workshop in Armentières (Hauts-de-France) will delight the most demanding gourmets.

Ingredients: Hazelnuts 55%, cane sugar, dark chocolate (70% cocoa) (cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin) 20%, skimmed milk powder, defatted cocoa powder, Guérande flower of salt.

Nutritional value for 100 g: Energy: 2454,06 kJ/ 590,28 kcal, Fat: 41,74 g of which saturated fatty acids: 7,38 g; Carbohydrates: 40,55 g of which sugars: 31,58 g; Protein: 11,56 g; Fiber: 6,75 g; Salt: 0,10 g

Allergens : Hazelnut, milk and soya.
This preparation is elaborated in a workshop which works milk, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, soya, pecan, sesame, walnut, cashew, coconut and other nuts, it can thus contain traces of other nuts and gluten.

Storage: Between 18°C and 20°C, protected from light.
This chocolate spread will tend to freeze if the temperature drops. Just mix it and it will become soft again.
