Made in our workshop in Armentières, this delicious smooth pistachio puree is smooth and has a real pistachio taste. This puree is 100% natural since it is made only from pistachios. A hint of Guérande flower of salt is added to lengthen the taste. It is then crushed with a stone grinder to obtain a smooth paste.
