The production

A CRAFTSMAN'S KNOW-HOW

Slow roasting, stone grinding, each of our products is made in our workshop according to traditional methods that have made the reputation of French pastry.

We make our products from carefully selected raw materials that we process without ever using pre-processed or pre-mixed ingredients.

This manufacturing model allows us to protect our know-how and guarantees its authenticity as well as the specificity and originality of each of our products.

The requirement of quality

"Pure sugar cane from Brazil, extra-green pistachios from Iran or Sicily, hazelnuts from Italy, almonds from Spain or Italy, cashew nuts from Vietnam, sesame from Bolivia or Mexico, pecans from the USA..., we only use first choice raw materials, some of which are fair trade products

And of course, no palm oil, no refined sugars and no superfluous additives at Jules & Gabrielle! We never use coloring agents, flavors, preservatives or other stabilizers, our products are 100% natural!

From the roasting of the nuts to the packaging of our products, we master and control each stage of production in our workshop in the north of France in order to guarantee our customers an irreproachable and constant quality.

This requirement allows us to offer products, whose tastes, colors, scents and textures are able to delight the senses of users sharing it.

THE ANCHORING ON OUR TERRITORY

The Jules & Gabrielle production workshop is located in Armentières, in the Lille metropolis.
This is where we make our products and develop new ones, but it is also where we create jobs, thus participating in the local economic life.

Fully aware of our responsibility as entrepreneurs, we welcome apprentices from schools in our region in order to pass on to them what has been passed on to us.
They bring us their skills and their work, their youth, their vivacity and in return, we do everything possible to make their time with us as enriching and beneficial as possible for their future career.

GRATITUDE

Jules & Gabrielle is growing and this is a great reward for our work, but we know that none of this would be possible without our customers and suppliers who put their trust in us, without the European Metropolis of Lille which has welcomed us in its business hive or without the financial support of the Hauts-de-France region.
