The traditional method of manufacturing with a stone grinder allows us to create a smooth blanched almond praline of superior quality because it preserves all the flavors of the nuts. Composed of 65% blanched almond nuts carefully roasted in our workshop and pure caramelized cane sugar, this tasty praline with a subtly smooth and velvety texture has a lower sugar content than a classic praline.

Ideal for mousses, ganaches, creams and icings, our smooth pecan praline guarantees an exceptional culinary experience for all baking enthusiasts looking for a nutty, smooth praline for their favorite desserts.

This preparation is elaborated in a workshop that works with milk, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, soya, pecan, sesame, walnut, cashew, coconut and other nuts, it may therefore contain traces of other nuts and gluten.

This praline does not contain any additive to prevent dephasing, mix it well before use.
